Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering all aspects of Company and Commercial law.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
• Handle matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the ongoing growth of the department.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE (or equivalent experience).
• Strong background in Corporate and Commercial work, ideally within a private practice setting.
• Confident managing your own caseload and meeting fee-earning targets.
• Excellent relationship-builder with proven business development experience.
• A proactive, driven individual who enjoys working autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own transport (due to office location and client travel).
