We now have an opportunity in our Edinburgh East branch for Corporate Banking Manager.
This is predominately a business development focused role, where you will be required to grow the business by winning and onboarding new customers, through interaction with existing customers and building relationships with key business introducers across the city of Edinburgh and wider Central Belt.
The target market is mid-large size companies with higher transaction sizes and more demanding relationship needs than typically found in Retail / Business Banking teams. Once your portfolio grows you will also have responsibility for managing this mixed portfolio of business customers made up of property lending customers, trading businesses and some non-borrowing customers.
You will enjoy full responsibility for all aspects of client relationships including preparation of credit applications, customer financial and risk analysis, balance sheet analysis, annual reviews, monitoring of management accounts, covenant compliance and profitability.
