Corporate Solicitor - 4+ PQE | L500 & HNW Chambers Firm | Richmond (with flexibility to work from Central London or remotely)

The Firm

This well-established, L500 and Chambers-ranked firm is known for its loyal client base and high-quality work across commercial and private client services. Following significant investment - including the opening of a brand-new, six-storey office in Holborn - the firm is in a strong phase of strategic growth.

Recent senior hires from Top 100 firms have brought in new international and UHNW work. Among them is the new Head of Corporate, who joined from a Top 60 firm and is now building out the department with major backing.

The Role

The firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its Richmond office, with the flexibility to work from Central London or from home.

You’ll work directly alongside the Head of Department on a strong pipeline of corporate matters, including:

• M&A
• Shareholder and investment agreements
• Company structuring
• Corporate governance
• Disputes arising from transactional issues
