The ideal Corporate Solicitor

Technical Excellence

• Previous experience as a Corporate Associate Solicitor
• Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE
• Solid grounding across broad corporate law spectrum
• Proven track record in M&A and corporate transactions
• International experience (highly advantageous)
