The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join their highly respected incentives team. This is a rare chance to specialise within one of the most niche, technically challenging and commercially impactful areas of corporate law.

You will work on a broad range of UK and international matters including :

• Designing and implementing executive, all‑employee and global share plans
• Advising on corporate transactions and the impact on incentive arrangements
• Drafting plan rules, agreements and regulatory documentation
• Providing guidance on tax‑advantaged schemes, governance and regulatory compliance
• Supporting global clients through a variety of corporate lifecycle events

You will also have opportunities to contribute to training and thought leadership, including potential involvement in the Certificate in Employee Share Plans.

About you

• A qualified solicitor ideally with 3 or more years PQE with experience in corporate, incentives, share plans, tax or related fields
• Strong drafting and advisory skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to develop deep technical expertise
• The ability to build strong client relationships
• Interest in working within an employee‑owned, specialist environment
