Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years PQE within a strong corporate practice.
• Solid grounding in private M&A and transactional corporate work.
• Interest in private equity / private capital transactions.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with sophisticated clients and senior solicitors.

Aufgaben

• Advise on a broad range of transactional matters alongside experienced corporate solicitors across Scotland and London.
• Exposure to private equity transactions, private M&A, JVs and restructurings.
• Support portfolio company matters, governance, and cross-border deals.
