An established offshore law firm is seeking a talented Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate practice in London. The team advises on the laws of the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands, offering high-quality transactional and advisory work across corporate, finance, and investment funds.

Working closely with colleagues across multiple offices, you will advise an exceptional client base that includes international financial institutions, investment funds, private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. The work is fast-paced, complex, and cross-border in nature, providing outstanding exposure and scope for professional growth.

Applicants should have 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience gained at a leading onshore or offshore firm. Strong academic credentials, first-rate drafting and analytical skills, and a confident, commercial approach are essential.
