A leading international law and professional services firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) to join its high-calibre London team. The firm advises across multiple jurisdictions including the Caribbean and Channel Islands, with a focus on providing top-tier legal and fiduciary services to global corporates, financial institutions, and investment funds.

The Role:

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of high-value cross-border corporate transactions including joint ventures, M&A, series financings, and reorganisations. You'll work alongside experienced partners and senior counsel, contributing to a collaborative and commercially driven team.

Key Responsibilities:
