Job summary

IDEX Consulting is recruiting a 1-3 year PQE Corporate Associate for an International Law Firm in Manchester. You'll work on private and public M&A and related advisory matters, supporting senior corporate partners in a high-performing team while enjoying a strong culture and work–life balance.

The successful candidate will have solid academics, excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrable corporate experience from a leading law practice.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years PQE in corporate law with M&A experience.
• Strong academic record and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in capital raisings, governance or private equity is a plus.

This role supports experienced corporate partners and will see you work on a range of matters mainly private & public M&A and advisory work including capital raisings, corporate governance, managed investments and private equity.
