Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) - London

A growing, modern law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Associate (4+ PQE) to join its expanding corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys a hands-on role, working closely with clients across a wide range of sectors.

You’ll handle a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters, including:

• Drafting and advising on shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, partnership agreements, and share option schemes
• Supporting M&A transactions and leading on smaller deals
• Advising on SPAs, loan and security documentation, and company restructures
• Assisting clients transitioning to Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) structures

The role offers a high degree of client contact and autonomy, with opportunities to develop strong relationships and play a key role in the growth of the corporate practice. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm’s wider practice areas.
