Cannock Chase Council is seeking a motivated Facilities Management Technical Team Lead to shape delivery across our Corporate Assets portfolio. The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, hybrid with one day remote, based in Cannock.

The Council has a wide range of Corporate Assets which are key to the delivery of the Council’s services and the delivery of our wider ambitions to promote Economic Prosperity, Housing Development and support the delivery of high-profile regeneration projects in the Town Centre.
The Council is keen to develop new ways of working to maximise the efficiency and performance of our corporate assets to enable the effective delivery of our front-line services. As such we are looking for a highly motivated, resilient Facilities Management Technical Team Lead who will play a key role in our small team to shape our delivery of corporate asset facilities and utilities management services across our property portfolio.
