A leading global biopharmaceutical company in London is seeking a UK-qualified Corporate and Legal Risk Counsel. We’re looking for a commercially minded UK‑qualified junior to mid-level lawyer to join us as Corporate and Legal Risk Counsel at GSK’s London HQ. You will apply deep knowledge of UK listed company governance and compliance to provide high‑impact, pragmatic legal advice across a range of matters, while also developing subject‑matter expertise in anti‑bribery & corruption (ABAC), sanctions & export controls (SEC) and related legal areas.
