The Role

As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor you will be responsible for handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Advising on mergers and acquisitions
  • Shareholder and partnership agreements
  • Company formations, restructures, and general business law issues
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them with day-to-day operations and more complex transactional work
The Candidate

The successful candidate will have 10+ years’ PQE and the ability to manage a varied caseload of matters, working closely with clients to provide practical and high-quality legal advice. To be considered for this position, you will need excellent communication skills alongside strong organisational and time management abilities. The candidate will also have a strong track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
