Job summary

Fidelity International is seeking a Corporate Actions Technical Manager to own brokerage and corporate actions systems from asset onboarding to client reporting. You will lead cross-functional teams in Technology and Operations, manage incidents, and drive automation and process improvements.

The role requires strong technical and operational expertise in brokerage, data flows and regulatory compliance. Located in Kingswood, Surrey, the position reports to Head of Brokerage Operations and offers

Qualifications

• Experience within brokerage, corporate actions, asset servicing or investment operations.
• Strong understanding of brokerage operating models and end-to-end securities processing.
• Experience managing operational incidents, risk events and change initiatives.
• Proven ability to work effectively across Technology, Operations and Governance functions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading process improvement, automation or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Technology Ownership: act as SME for brokerage and corporate actions applications, data flows and processes.
• Production Support: lead investigation and resolution of complex incidents and operational issues.
• Change Delivery: define business requirements for system enhancements and improvements.
• Data & Controls: oversee data flows, reconciliations and control frameworks.
• Risk & Governance: support risk events, governance papers and regulatory compliance.
• Vendor & Third-Party Management: manage key vendors and service providers.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: build relationships across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk and Audit.
