This role involves working closely with senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and analyze financial results to support decision-making. You will also assist senior leaders in driving financial targets and manage a team of two direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear financial analysis to support effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing and reporting on financial forecasts, including cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historical analysis, KPIs, and variance reports.
• Manage and mentor a team of two finance professionals.
• Conduct area reviews and collaborate with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
