Management Accountant London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. In this role, you will collaborate within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts. You'll be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and interpretation of financial results to support effective decision-making. You will also analyze actual and forecasted results for projects, assisting senior finance leaders to meet financial targets. This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
  • Assist in developing forecasts, and measure & report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
  • Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
  • Manage 2 direct reports.
  • Ensure area reviews for projects are conducted, working with operations to ensure contracts are reported accurately, and scrutinize financial results.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
  • Experience in a business-facing finance role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
