Based within the Schools Finance Unit you will provide finance support through a range of tasks including working with Excel spreadsheets and maintaining computer systems, as well as working with people through communication with schools and other education providers.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential qualification: Part or fully qualified AAT/IIA qualified or a minimum of 2 A levels and at least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.

You will need to have good organisation skills, be able to use IT systems and software, and excellent communication skills to build relationships with internal and external customers.

This is a customer‑facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English as per the person specification.
