We are delighted to be supporting them in the search for a Corporate commercial account handler, based in the Bristol area. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum (DOE), alongside an impressive benefits package which includes generous holiday entitlement, hybrid working, and a range of other perks.

Role Overview

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting Commercial Insurance clients and ensuring the smooth, efficient servicing of their accounts. Working closely with an Executive, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of client queries, applying your insurance knowledge and understanding of standard policy wordings, extensions and limitations.

Responsibilities
  • Processing new business, renewals and mid‑term adjustments
  • Acting as a key point of contact for insurers, supporting negotiations and fostering positive working relationships
  • Ensuring all work adheres to business operational standards, policies and processes
  • Using client applications accurately, maintaining data quality and handling invoices
  • Supporting the end‑to‑end broking process in a collaborative team environment
  • Seeking opportunities to introduce clients to additional services and products
  • Maintaining your own CPD and demonstrating the Client Journey and company values throughout your work
