Taylor Root invites applications for a Senior Associate / Legal Director – Corporate – 5+ PQE to join its corporate group in the United Kingdom. The role spans private M&A, joint ventures, investments, corporate reorganisations, and governance, with direct client contact and the autonomy to lead on matters.

You will advise across jurisdictions, supervise juniors, and build trusted relationships with clients.

Qualifications
