Job summary

Morrisons in the UK is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a large, fast-paced team and deliver a best-in-market shopping experience. • Has proven experience managing a large, fast-paced team within food retail.
• Leads through continuous coaching, giving meaningful feedback and building real trust across the store.
• Has strong retail operational knowledge and a genuine passion for food retail and Market Street.
• Knows how to analyse store performance data, act on feedback, and make sound commercial decisions.
• Brings a collaborative, adaptable leadership style, taking a real interest in your team's development and wellbeing.

Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your store - leading a wider team of up to 350 colleagues, driving business performance, making sure our core supermarket offering is strong and competitive. They play a crucial role in our business and we're always on the lookout for great Store Managers across the UK to join us and embody these values.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:
