• Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with several years of IT contract negotiation and commercial law experience.
• Desirable knowledge: ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, GDPR, and public-sector procurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic, solutions‑focused legal advice.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and support operational risk management across the university's digital and procurement landscape.
