Job description

Implement advanced demand planning techniques to accurately forecast customer demand, aligning supply with market needs through dynamic supply planning models. Develop real-time scenario planning to balance supply constraints with fluctuating demand, ensuring service level optimisation.

Fulfilment:

Implement advanced warehousing and fulfilment capabilities addressing core supply chain needs, developing real time scenarios to manage warehousing and transportation taking into account service levels and costs.

Supply Chain Strategy & Segmentation (Operating Model, Process Design, etc.):

Develop tailored supply and demand planning strategies that optimise the flow of goods and services, segmenting supply chain operations based on customer demand patterns and service levels to maximize efficiency and responsiveness.

Control Towers:

Establish digital control towers to provide visibility into demand and supply fluctuations, enabling real-time adjustments to production schedules, inventory levels, and supplier coordination, ensuring seamless synchronization of supply chain operations.

Platform-Driven Transformation (Technology Strategy, Systems Implementation, etc.):

Lead the integration of demand and supply planning technologies (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle Cloud, Kinaxis, BlueYonder, o9 Solutions, Manhatten) to automate planning & fulfilment processes, improve demand signal accuracy, and enable real-time collaboration across the supply chain.
