Job summary

An educational support organization in the UK is seeking a passionate educator to work with SEN children outside of mainstream education. You will teach Maths, English, and Science, helping students overcome learning difficulties and transition back into mainstream education. Candidates must have a PGCE with QTS and at least 2 years of teaching experience in the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service required.
• Experience with one-to-one tuition highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Teach Maths, English, and Science to students at home or in a local library.
• Support students with learning difficulties to regain confidence in learning.
• Guide students back into mainstream education when ready.

Job description

Remedy Tutors are looking for an experienced, qualified and passionate educator to help SEN kids currently outside of mainstream education regain their confidence in their learning abilty and help guide them back into mainstream education.

You will be tasked with teaching Maths, English and Science (Primary or Secondary depending on age of the student) in either their home, local library or a private room in a school. Helping kids with learning difficulties such as ADHD, ADD, Dyslexia and many more.

Minimum Requirements:

• PGCE with a QTS
• 2 years of teaching experience in UK
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Knowledge of Core Subjects (Maths, English and Science)
