A leading recruitment organization in Manchester is seeking a B2B Account Manager to manage SMB customer relationships. The role involves onboarding clients, enhancing product usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Join our team and you'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our customers ensuring they gain maximum value from the products and services they have invested. This role you'll collaborate closely with Sales and other internal teams to drive customer success, satisfaction and retention. You'll play a key part in helping clients fully understand and utilize all the products available to them, supporting their goals with a proactive and consultative approach to maximize product usage across the board.
