Job summary

Radfield Home Care Leicester East, Groby & Oadby is seeking caring individuals to join our team as a Care Assistant. You’ll work in patients’ own homes across Leicester East, Groby and Oadby, providing compassionate support with daily living tasks while respecting independence and dignity.

We offer flexible hours, a fair hourly rate (£13-£14 per hour) with paid travel time and mileage, and a supportive, inclusive team environment. A driving licence and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.
• No sponsorship available to work in the UK at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to older people in their own homes in the Leicester East, Groby & Oadby area.
• Support daily living activities and promote independence for clients.
• Maintain safe, clean and comfortable home environments for service users.

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Leicester East, Groby & Oadby as a care assistant.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
