Job summary

Greene King is seeking an Assistant Manager for a busy pub. You will support the General Manager, lead a frontline team, and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will train and develop staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety for customers and team members.

A strong emphasis on communication and leadership will help you succeed in this role. You will be involved in daily operations, ensure smooth service across shifts, and contribute to a positive, high-standard working environment
