Sellick Partnership is delighted to be working with a Local Authority in the Midlands who are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis. The role is ideal for someone who is looking to work 3 days a week and with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Duties will include:
  • Assisting with the sale of businesses and the transfer of business operations of council‑owned businesses
  • Advising on corporate structure, issues, and warranties
  • Drafting and reviewing transactional and contractual documentation
  • Providing commercial and corporate advice to senior stakeholders

The Corporate Lawyer role can be worked on a 100% remote working basis and can be Outside IR35. Candidates don’t need to have previously local authority or public sector experience.
