We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team and you’ll support providing turnkey solutions for surveying, designing, building, and commissioning new networks while supporting maintenance and operation of existing ones.

Our Grimsby office on a Fixed Term Contract.

What will you be doing?

You’ll liaise with internal teams, clients and local councils, assist with work planning, tracking progress, maintaining accurate records, and support problem‑solving as issues arise. You’ll also contribute to reporting and ensure everyone has the information they need.

What you’ll bring
  • Experience in telecoms sector preferred, but transferable skills and a proactive attitude will be considered; full training provided.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to stay calm under pressure, confidence using computers.
  • Previous office experience beneficial; experience in planning, coordination, project reporting, or client/council liaison valued.
  • Organisational skills – keep records accurate, manage time well, spot problems early and find simple solutions.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with people in person, on the phone or by email.
  • Willingness to learn and help without full telecoms knowledge.
