Job summary

BT Group is offering a Secure Services Degree and Higher Apprenticeship Programme in the UK, combining paid work with a funded degree. You’ll learn alongside engineers and security specialists, gaining experience across cyber security, software engineering, data analytics, and cloud infrastructure.

You'll work on real projects from day one, building in-demand engineering and security skills while eligible for clear career progression into technical or leadership roles within BT Group.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths.
• 112 UCAS points
• 3 A Levels - BBC grades including a STEM subject
• DMM (BTEC)

• Pass in Access to HE Diploma

Job description

You'll work alongside experienced engineers and security specialists while studying towards a Digital and Technology Solutions Degree. You could gain experience across:

• Cyber Security & Network Engineering Secure network design, testing and support Intrusion detection, prevention and traffic analysis
• Software Engineering Developing secure applications and services in Python, Java, C++ and other technologies Working in modern development environments and agile teams
• Data & Analytics Big data platforms, analysis and visualisation Security monitoring and intelligence systems
• Cloud & Infrastructure Technologies Enterprise platforms, databases and cloud infrastructure Digital transformation projects for global customers
