Cook in Charge - Institute of Technology

Hours: 37 hours a week, term-time only (38 weeks)

Salary: £25,322 pro-rata (actual salary £21,572 per annum)

Location: Stafford Institute of Technology

The group is currently home to a population of over 6,500 full-time students with around 2000 adult learners and students on higher education programmes.   • Working in a busy kitchen, preparation and cooking a range of food items, service and sale of food to students and staff and stakeholders, checking goods inward and keeping areas clean.
  • Assisting with the supervision of a team of catering assistants.
