Overview

You will be supporting the kitchen in all areas of our operation. The ideal candidate will be able to prepare and cook along with the other routine tasks of a commercial kitchen. We are looking for a keen, flexible and motivated individual to work within our existing team. We host a wide range of golf match dinners, social events, functions and private and corporate dinners, during a typical year.

Responsibilities

• Assist, prepare and cook meals according to our menu and to a high standard
• Ensure food safety guidelines are strictly followed during all stages of food handling and cooking process
• Knowledge of food hygiene and allergens
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area including pot washing
• Complete relevant paperwork and records as required
• Able to follow instruction and multitask
• Have good communication and able to work well in a team is a must
• Assisting with deliveries and adhering to stock rotation
• Experience required as it can be fast paced and demanding kitchen
• Must be able to work Daytimes, Evenings, Weekends and Bank Holidays
