What You'll Do:
  • Deliver daily kitchen services in line with the Statement of Works, consistently meeting required standards and supporting monitoring and auditing processes.
  • Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness, setting high standards and communicating these effectively to ensure customers enjoy a professional, well-presented, and hygienic environment.
  • Be fully conversant with the concept, presentation, and delivery of all menu items, demonstrating strong knowledge of cooking methods and preparation techniques.
  • Ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements and Sodexo regulations regarding Food Safety and Hygiene.
What You Bring:
  • Passion for food and a desire to develop culinary skills
  • Basic kitchen or catering experience, with training and support provided
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices
  • Positive team player with strong communication skills and a flexible approach
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high standards
  • Minimum 1 year’s catering experience (NVQ or equivalent cooking qualification desirable)
