  • Prepare and cook meals efficiently in line with recipe sheets.
  • Maintain food quality and presentation standards throughout service.
  • Manage food production to minimise waste and ensure consistent availability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
  • Record food volumes and overproduction accurately.
  • Assist with kitchen setup and closing procedures.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Perform both back-of-house and front-of-house duties as required.
  • Undertake relevant training and development.

Skills

Previous experience in a catering or cooking role

Hours: 26 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 37 working weeks (41.48 paid weeks)

Salary: £14,278.84 per annum
