A public safety organization in the UK is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to prepare, cook, and serve diverse food options while ensuring hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving a variety of food and beverages, including buffets, for visitors, staff and events. The role requires maintaining hygiene and health and safety in the kitchen and dining area, washing up, cleaning equipment and surroundings, and setting up and clearing tables and equipment during special and formal occasions throughout the Service.
