Overview

An opportunity has arisen within the Neighbourhoods & Environment directorate for a Cook to prepare/cook meals in schools for Blaenau Gwent Catering Service.

You will be responsible for the production of meals and food services. You will undertake the full range of cook duties which include organising and supervising the work of other catering staff, monitoring and recording whilst paying particular attention to hygiene and safety, sickness, food safety management system, health and safety procedures and complying with all administrative duties and procedures.
