Qualifications
- 3+ years total kitchen experience, preferably in fresh food or traditional British cuisine.
- Confidence to run the kitchen independently on the Head Chef's days off.
- Ability to prepare balanced, nutritious meals tailored to individual resident needs.
- Strong understanding of kitchen management including stock control and cleanliness.
- Willingness to participate in menu co-production with residents.
- Dessert and baking experience is desirable.
