CONVEYANCING TEAM LEADER - Remote Role

Salary : £50k DOE + bonus

Location : England and Wales

We’re working with a forward-thinking and fast-growing conveyancing firm that’s expanding organically due to significant client demand. As part of this growth, they're looking for an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader to join their dynamic team.

In this role, you'll take on a leadership position with a strong focus on mentoring and developing your team. You’ll be proactive, hands‑on, and ready to support where needed, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and quality service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of remote conveyancers
  • Manage a minimal caseload, allowing you to focus on team development and performance
  • Maintain high standards of client care and compliance
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure ongoing team success
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in conveyancing with exposure to a broad range of files
  • Proven experience in leading and managing remote teams
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support team members at all levels
Location

This is a fully remote, work-from-home role. However, if you prefer hybrid working, the company’s head office in Swansea is open to you.

Salary :

Up to £50,000 depending on experience, plus a generous bonus structure.
