Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer – TSR Legal (on behalf of a leading conveyancing firm). Location: Homeworking. Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of mixed residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity for both freehold and leasehold properties.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates using the firm's case management system.
• Manage deadlines, exchange of contracts, and completion of transactions efficiently.
• Communicate proactively with clients, partners, and third parties to keep them updated.
• Resolve complex legal issues and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements.
• Contribute to team development and mentoring where appropriate (dependent on experience).

Requirements

We're looking for friendly and diligent Qualified Residential Property Lawyers who have:

• At least 1 year's post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive).
• A strong understanding of freehold, leasehold, and remortgage transactions.
• Evidence of recent CPD, including AML training.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen interest in digital technology.
