About Our Client

A Worcestershire based private practice.

Job Description

This is an opportunity within an established private practice who are going through a period of expansion.

They have opened a new office which has a number of fee earners in different departments. They have a very established Conveyancing practice but are looking for somebody to come in and take the lead in this new office in Conveyancing. There are already lots of instructions and the office is very busy.

The firm are looking for somebody who can pick up this existing workload but also have the appetite to grow the firm's presence locally by building relationships with local agents.

The firm need somebody who will help grow the firm's reputation locally, so this is likely to be a mainly office-based role but there could be some flexibility around hybrid working for the right person.

Equally, it is preferable that the candidate works full-time but they can be flexible and look at part-time arrangements for the right person.

The Successful Applicant

It's likely that you will be a qualified solicitor, licenced conveyancer or legal executive with at least 5 years' experience in residential property matters.
