Job summary

A legal services firm in Sevenoaks is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters. The role involves liaising with clients, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with legal processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1–3 years PQE in residential property law, alongside strong communication and organizational skills. SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

Elite Touch are excited to be working with their well established client, who are seeking an experienced conveyancer to join their growing team.

You will handle day to day tasks including managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, liaising with clients, providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with legal processes.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with conveyancing experience.
  • Minimum [1–3+] years PQE or equivalent experience in residential property law.
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and associated legislation.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Commitment to providing a high standard of client service.
  • Experience in leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions.
  • Experience with complex property matters.
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering and CQS requirements.
