Conveyancing Solicitor – Redditch

Our client is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join our expanding Residential Property team at its Redditch office.

The Role:

Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion

Handle:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Remortgages and equity release transactions
• Freehold and leasehold title checks
• Transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
• Support and assist in the training of conveyancing assistants
• Develop client relationships locally and cross-refer work where appropriate
• Ensure compliance with CQS protocols
