Job summary

Nationwide Recruitment Service & HR Careers is assisting a Midlands-based law firm in Coventry by recruiting a Residential Property Solicitor to handle own caseload from instruction to completion. You will manage freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, advise clients, draft contracts, transfer deeds, stay compliant with SRA rules, and build relationships for new business.

Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancing Solicitor

A brilliant opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy, supportive and growing conveyancing team. You'll run your own caseload from instruction to completion and work across a wide mix of residential matters.

The Role
  • Manage a varied caseload: freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, shared ownership, remortgages, new builds
