A leading, National Law Firm are expanding its Manchester office to welcome a seasoned Residential Property Solicitor into its high-performing team!

The award-winning team is renowned for its work across Residential Property, navigating complex and high-value transactions on behalf of local and National clients.

The firm now have an exciting opening for a well-experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join the team and add to its successes.

Responsibilities:

Within the role you will be responsible for a diverse caseload, of mixed-complexity Residential Property matters, ranging from low to high-value transactions, including:

• Sales
• Purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of Equity
• New Builds
• Leasehold and Freeholds

You will also have the opportunity to supervise and lead a small team of junior Fee Earners.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor at least 5PQE+
• Strong background in Residential Property, managing a volume caseload independently
• A client and referrer following is ideal, although experience and willingness to network and BD is sufficient
