Position Overview

As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will provide essential administrative and secretarial support. You will be central to the conveyancing team's success. Your work ensures that property transactions proceed efficiently from start to finish. You will be a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through the process.

Responsibilities
  • Produce legal documents, letters, and emails from audio or copy.
  • Handle general office duties like photocopying, printing, and scanning.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and emails efficiently.
  • Open, close, and maintain well organised client case files.
  • Maintain diaries and schedule client appointments and meetings.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates.
  • Liaise with estate agents, other solicitors, and third parties.
  • Prepare legal forms and draft documents like contracts.
  • Update client information using case management software.
  • Use the Land Registry portal for applications and registrations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a conveyancing role.
  • Based locally to the Twickenham area.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
