Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a supportive, professional firm where you ll feel genuinely valued?

We re working with a highly respected local law firm who are looking to add a bright, organised Conveyancing Secretary to their friendly team.

You ll be supporting a busy conveyancing department with a range of secretarial and administrative duties helping to ensure that property transactions progress smoothly from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to the conveyancing team
  • Preparing and typing correspondence, contracts and other legal documents
  • Managing diaries, booking appointments and handling client calls
  • Opening, closing and archiving client files
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents and other solicitors to progress matters
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
What We re Looking For
  • Previous experience within a residential conveyancing or broader legal secretarial role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
