Job summary

Reed in Colchester is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner/Paralegal to join an established team. You will manage your own file load from inception through to post-completion, handling registered and unregistered titles, freehold and leasehold properties, new build and shared ownership, remortgages, transfers of equity, and help to buy.

Land Registry applications form part of the duties, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experienced fee earner with conveyancing background.
• Ability to supervise a small team.
• Covering conveyancing from inception through post-completion, including registrations.
