Job summary

Andy File Associates Ltd is seeking a junior conveyancing assistant in Sheffield to support fee earners with residential property transactions. You will handle client enquiries, prepare contracts and documents, and contribute to the progression of transactions under supervision.

The role requires knowledge of conveyancing processes, strong client care, and proficiency in Word/Outlook. A collaborative team environment and opportunities for training are offered in a forward-thinking firm.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of the conveyancing process and assisting fee earners within a conveyancing team.
• At least 12 months’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support fee earners with a varied caseload of residential property transactions; provide updates and take instructions.
• Prepare correspondence, forms and documents under supervision.
• Assist in management and progression of transactions as directed.
• Prepare sale contracts and supporting documentation for registered and unregistered titles.
