Overview

The Role

In this fast-paced position, you will take ownership of a varied caseload of residential property transactions. This includes sales, purchases, remortgages, mortgages, and Home Equity Release Plans.

Key responsibilities

• Managing a wide range of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Providing clear, expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, conducting searches, and overseeing the financial aspects of transactions
• Attending Networking Events to proactively market the firm s services and to contribute to bringing in new business

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years Conveyancing Paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of property law, contract law, and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
• The ability to manage your own caseload independently
• A proactive and approachable manner, with a genuine focus on delivering excellent client service
