Eventus Legal is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its residential property team in Leicester, Leicestershire. This full-time, permanent role offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements and a salary in line with experience (guideline up to £30,000).
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, supported by a partner-led team, and you will draft documents, liaise with agents, lenders and clients to ensure smooth progression.
Eventus Legal are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established and expanding Residential Property team in Leicester, Leicestershire. This is a full-time, permanent residential conveyancing position with one of the City’s most reputable multi-service law firms. As an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal in Leicester, Leicestershire your new job will see you take responsibility for your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions. You’ll manage each matter through the full conveyancing process right through to completion, including post completion.
You will be fully supported by the wider conveyancing team, which is headed up by an experienced Partner, and have a wealth of experience around you to provide assistance with more complex transactions.
Specific duties will include:
Applications are sought from experienced Conveyancing Paralegals in Leicester, Leicestershire. You will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes and have managed your own caseload or assisted heavily on a caseload previously and be looking to take a step up. You will have dealt with a variety of residential conveyancing transactions of varying levels of complexity.
