TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-regarded law firm based in central Bristol who are seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and down-to-earth firm with a strong local reputation and a modern, client-focused approach.

The Role

You'll be providing vital administrative and file management support to the conveyancing team, assisting fee earners across a range of residential property transactions. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.

  • Preparing and drafting correspondence and legal documents.
  • Assisting with opening and closing files, ID checks, and compliance processes.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to progress matters.
  • Supporting with post-completion tasks including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems.
About You
  • Previous experience in a conveyancing or property support role is preferred.
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well within a team.
  • IT literate with experience using case management systems.
